Material Types: MDF with melamine (vinyl) surface on one or both sides is our standard (for custom requests we can also do “Sintra” (a light-weight plastic).
Thicknesses: ¼” is our standard for MDF. We keep this thickness in stock.
Colors: Black and White. We can get custom colors with higher volume orders.
Screen-printing type or graphics on your boards is also a service we provide. We also work with local printers to provide decals and apply them to your boards.
We can "bullnose" the edges if you require.
All our stock sample boards come with rounded corners and a hand carry slot but we can make any shape or size your require. We can also paint the edges.

Got one of our displays and now you need some sample board holders? We also offer custom or stock dealer display boards that will draw attention to and sell your products! Our stock swatch boards are available in 2 material types: MDF or Sintra (a lightweight expanded PVC) they come in ¼” and in 3 colors: white, black or gray. All our stock sample boards come with rounded corners and a hand carry slot. We offer the MDF concept boards with or without painted edges. For a small up-charge we can even bull-nose the edges. Email us to review custom shaped boards at mike@thomasrecom.com. With our CNC router we can cut your custom sample board to fit silhouettes or just create a unique shape. Bring us your creative idea and we’ll create a sample board that’s one of a kind!
